Fadzi Whande is a multi award-winning Global Diversity and Inclusion Strategist and Social Justice Advocate, whose goal in life is to work herself out of a job.
She imagines a world where her expertise are no longer needed because diversity is the norm and inclusion is so commonplace, it never has to be talked of again.
Fadzi champions the areas of unconscious bias, gender inclusive leadership, racial equity and social justice through her work as a speaker, trainer, consultant, facilitator and activist.

Her work has taken her all over the world and won her the International Racial Equity Leadership Award in the USA, recognising her ground breaking ‘Courageous Conversation about Race’ program, a US Embassy grant to help facilitate racial equity training for various law enforcement agencies in Australia.
In 2019, she was selected as one of only 65 exceptional senior leaders across the 35 counties of the Commonwealth, to be part of CSCLeaders. Based in the UK, this global leadership programme tackles challenges, builds global relationships and develops the Cultural Intelligence needed by the leaders of tomorrow.
Fadzi is a sought after, dynamic and engaging speaker both locally and internationally and as a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, she is on the Board of Directors for Business Chicks Australia, Volunteering WA and the Museum of Freedom and Tolerance.
Her greatest achievement, however, is her boys, Mufaro and Munashe.
